- grown under severe drought, TAM 11 L-24 LSU produced UHML exceeding the minimum of 27 .8 mm required for non-discount in international markets
- has lower lint percent than commercial cultivars but is competitive in seedcotton yield potential in central and south Texas
- all other HVI fiber properties meet or exceed standards
