- combines competitive yield potential with fiber strength exceeding 350 kN m kg-1
- yielded equivalent to three adapted commercial cultivars across seven locations in central and south Texas in 2017
- fiber bundle strength of TAM 12J-39 ESU averaged 356 kN m kg-1, 14 to 21 % stronger that the three commercial controls
